African Women Group Scotland Welcomes

We emphasise that inclusion means ensuring equal access to resources, opportunities, and support for every woman, regardless of her background or personal circumstances. Through our programmes, we encourage discussions around the barriers that prevent true diversity and inclusion, such as systemic racism, gender bias, and economic inequality. We help women develop the skills to advocate for inclusivity, whether in their professional lives, within educational institutions, or in broader social contexts.
